                Spanish I

The students have finished chapter 9, which helped them learn parts of the body, their aches and pains. They learned to communicate with a doctor, nurse of pharmacist. They are starting chapter 10, which will help them learn and be able to:

1.       Name places in a regular town

2.       Talk about things you buy

3.       Talk about money and numbers 200-1000

4.       Ask and give directions

5.       Talk about transportation

6.       Talk about passed activities using preterit tense

7.       Say they don’t know or didn’t know something

 

Spanish II

 In Spanish II the student is reading the book La Perla. This book is about a poor family that depends on the father’s daily job. The father earns his money by pearl hunting, so the family doesn’t have much money. One day the poor man finds the pearl of the world, which leads to the family’s tragedy. The objective in the student is:

1.       Understanding more frequently on what she is reading

2.       In reading out lout, in word pronunciation

3.       Improving reading skills
