The Middle School Drama class will be presenting 2 one-act plays on Tuesday, May 19th.  The first play is entitled “Teen Angel” by D.M. Bocaz- Larson a playwright that is from Grants, NM.  It is a familiar play involving tragic young love.  It is set in the 1950’s in which a young girl finds herself the victim of a deadly car accident.  As a result she winds up in the afterlife, suspended in time until she completes her final mission on earth, a new love for the boyfriend she left behind.

The second play entitled “Happily Never After” is by famous playwright Tim Kelly.  We have done many plays from this playwright over the years.  It is a tale of Princes and Princesses whose love did not quite go as expected by the fairytale authors.  They have found themselves in the marriage counselor’s office.  A hilarious tale ensues with funny characters brought to life by many first time ever performers.

The 7th grade math class is currently working on the Geometry Strand.  The 8th grade math class is working on the Algebra strand.  The Numeracy class’s time is devoted to homework and completion of projects.
