Mrs.
Richard Thatcher is the Math teacher here at Animas High School.
He has taught school for about 32 years. He enjoys playing
golf, he says he is pretty good at it. He also likes to fish, play basketball,
football, volleyball, and white water rafting. His favorite
foods are home made bbq steak, home made bread and tortillas, posole, pralene
pecan ice-cream, and favorite drink is ice-tea. He has nine kids in total,
seven boys, and two girls. He enjoys visiting his grandkids.
He has nine grandchildren and one on the way. His plans
for the future are to continue teaching school until his son Chris graduates.
Then he will retire and spend a lot of time with his grand kids.
